Returns
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
In the original packaging.
Accompanied by the packing slip. If you do not have the original packing slip, you need to include a piece of paper with your full name and address.
2. Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you received the item to request a return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned including:
Opened Products: All of our boxes are sealed with a sticker. If the sticker is torn or removed, the product is considered opened and is not eligible for return.
Products in Boxes with Broken Seals: Products with broken seals are not returnable.
Items Not Purchased from Our Website: We cannot accept returns for items purchased from other retailers.
Items Without a Packing Slip: We require the original packing slip, or if it is no longer available, a piece of paper with your full name and address.
Gift Card Returns: No cancellations or refunds on the purchase of a gift card (final sale).
4. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at support@clinicalroots.ai with your order number and reason for return.
Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how and where to send your item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Include your original packing slip with returns to help us easily identify the customer and order number. If you do not have the original packing slip, include a piece of paper with your full name and address.
Refunds
6. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, we will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges
9. Defective or Damaged Items
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at support@clinicalroots.ai.
Shipping
10. Return Shipping Costs
All returns are required to be shipped via USPS. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
11. Return Shipping Labels
We do not provide return shipping labels. You or your customer must purchase the return shipping labels addressed to us.
12. Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
